High Performance Flying

Once the reservation has been formalised, you may cancel or postpone it, but always with a minimum of 2 days' notice. Failure to do so will result in the total loss of the amount of the reservation.

The duration of the flights will vary according to the contracted time as long as the conditions allow us, for example if we have contracted a contact flight with a duration between 15 and 25 minutes and the conditions allow us and the passenger wants to stay longer in the air without any additional cost for it. Now there is also the possibility that we have contracted a performance flight and the conditions do not allow us to stay the minimum of the contracted time, we give you the option of repeating a flight to at least complete the remaining time of the contracted or what we advise for our part is to arrange another flight on a day where there are better conditions to perform the performance flight, this being totally free.

Important: TWhen booking any of our flights, you should bear in mind that some people are more sensitive than others to experiencing new sensations, as passengers often get dizzy after about 15 minutes of flight. Therefore we advise that if you are usually dizzy or sensitive to new sensations to take a pill for dizziness, advisable to avoid that bad time, anyway our pilots are prepared and know what to do in these situations so do not worry too much about it.

Also keep in mind that we offer flight sensations, not flight time.

Happy Fly Tenerife reserves the right of admission to all organised activities. Any decision taken by our technical team during the development of the activity in relation to our safety and that of the passenger will have to be respected by the client, otherwise, the pilot may cancel the activity, being returned the refund of the amount paid by the customer.

Happy fly Tenerife reserves the right to modify the programme of activities, totally or partially, if it is for reasons beyond our control (weather, adverse conditions), and the clients have no other right than the reimbursement of the amount paid.
